Repository Policy

The Axis Journal of Medical and Biosocial Sciences (AJMBS) fully supports open access archiving and the unrestricted dissemination of scientific research. Permitted Versions for Repository Deposit:

Preprint:
- The version of the manuscript prior to peer review may be shared in preprint servers (e.g., arXiv, bioRxiv, medRxiv, or institutional repositories).
- Authors are encouraged to include a statement that the work has not yet undergone peer review.
Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM):
- The version accepted for publication after peer review (but before final copyediting or typesetting) may be deposited in repositories immediately upon acceptance.
- Authors should clearly indicate that this is the accepted version and include a link to the final published version with DOI once available.
Version of Record (VoR):
- The final, publisher-formatted version (PDF as published by AJMBS) may also be deposited and shared, provided that proper citation and DOI attribution are included.

Attribution and Licensing:

All deposited versions must cite the original publication in AJMBS and include a direct DOI link to the official version.
The deposited work must carry the same Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0) used by AJMBS, allowing for lawful sharing and reuse with appropriate credit.

Advertisement Policy

The Axis Journal of Medical and Biosocial Sciences (AJMBS) accepts advertisements that are relevant to its readership and consistent with its mission of advancing medical and biosocial research. All advertisements are subject to prior approval by AJMBS Management, which reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement at its discretion.

1. Submission and Approval:

All advertisements undergo editorial and managerial review to ensure appropriateness, relevance, and compliance with the journal’s standards.
Acceptance of an advertisement does not imply endorsement or approval of the advertiser, its products, or its services by AJMBS or its publisher, Axis Exploration & Academics (Pvt) Ltd.

2. Liability and Indemnification:

Advertisers are required to indemnify AJMBS against any legal claims, losses, or damages arising from their advertisements, including those related to copyright infringement, defamation, or false representation.

3. Content Identification:

All advertisements must clearly identify the advertiser and be easily distinguishable from the journal’s editorial or scientific content. Blurring the distinction between editorial matter and advertising is strictly prohibited.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

Advertisements must comply with all applicable national and international laws and ethical standards, particularly those concerning medical, pharmaceutical, and health-related products.
Claims in advertisements must be evidence-based and scientifically verifiable. Misleading or unsubstantiated claims are not permitted.

5. Digital Advertising and Intellectual Property:

The use of AJMBS’s name, logo, or copyrighted materials in digital or print advertisements requires prior written approval from the editorial management.
Unauthorized use of the journal’s intellectual property is subject to legal action.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Advertisers may cancel approved advertisements without penalty if sufficient advance notice is provided prior to publication.
